Thank you for the info. What I've done is created a table in the BE called tblLINKED, then created a Form on the FE called frmLINKED and added one field to that form. One the OnOpen of my switchboard I put this code:

DoCmd.OpenForm "frmLINKED" , , , , acHidden.


Is what you are saying the same thing or something different? Again, thank you for all your help.
