[MS_AccessPros] Re: Question about report displaying issue

Thanks Bill & Duane,  I will be visiting the user on Monday and will take a look at the printer and version of the printer driver.  I know they just recently updated the systems from Win XP to 7 Professional.  There could be an issue with the image used to make the transition.  Will get back to the post after checking things out.

It sounds like a printer driver problem. Check the user's default printer and see if he has the latest driver.

I have a user when a report is selected (access 2010 on windows 7) it does not completely to display the data.  The report show the outside borders but the interior portion is not displayed.  When the user selects the border and expands it the data still does not show.  It the interior is selected data lines display when the clicks within the view (but only the line associated with the clicked location).

When I try the report on my system everything appears okay.  Not sure what would cause this condition.  Screens captions could be provided.
