I guess I wasn't clear.
I'm trying to link access 2010 table to an outlook 2010 public folder subfolder (ie. Public Folders/All Public folders/Europe/Naples/FSSA Naples IT/CDO). I can do this with the wizard however, it only allows the person that set up the linked table to access this information, not everyone. this is due to Outlook 2010 now "tagging" on the users email address to the public folders (ie. Public Fodlers - Matthew.Randolph@eu.navy.smil.mil). That is where i'm getting hung up at. I explained all this in my original post, but might have not been clear enough. Sorry about that. Thank you for your help.

You can now search for photos and files in your Yahoo Group, in addition to searching for messages in your Group archive
