That works great! Until I share the front end with other users and the colors don't change. I still see the logic for the conditional formatting but it doesn't work.

Select the text box in design view. Use Conditional formatting and select "Expression" as the type. Put something like this in the expression box: 

[myCheckBox]=True

 

You'll need 2 conditions: one if the checkbox is true and one if it is false.
