Correct.  Note that you cannot convert a table that has an Attachment or Multi-value field in it.  You must also be careful to add a Timestamp field to tables that have any floating point values.  And be aware that you must add dbSeeChanges option to any DAO recordset you open in code.

Nope, not for the tables.  You still have a 2gb limit for the size of the front end containing your queries, forms, reports, and code.
