One way would be to put the header in the first row of the table, but you can't rely on the table exporting in the exact same sort as what you see in Access. I haven't had to worry about headers when I export to Excel. You'll have to experiment to see if that works. If it doesn't you will have to export using Automation so you can put things in exactly the right cells on the spreadsheet.

Thanks Bill. What is the easiest way to insert a record into the table that contains text that can be a header? And will I have a problem with the export sorting or will it start with the first record in the table and export in order until it gets to the end?
