HA. Although I had forgotten that, the real problem I believe was something else.
Yesterday I started having problems with ALL of my db’s. They all share a database for my stats, kickout links, other tables that go throughout several db’s, etc.
We’re converting from 2007 to 2010, and the errors that many were getting was an unrecognized database format in this database.
I had to take everyone down to repair the db, and today this problem seems to have gone away.
It’s strange that I saw it in the front end accde though and not in the dev accdb. That one still has me stumped.

Oh! YES! I had completely forgotten that. It has got to be my CheckForceOut form! I’m on it!

Liz-
That’s a toughie. Is there anything open when you “close the database itself”? If there is, for example, a Switchboard form open, then it might be something in the Close or Unload event of that form.

Pros, I have an accde that gives an error that the accdb dev copy does not. It’s invalid use of null on event of on close. Simple enough I would think.
However, it doesn’t happen when I close the individual forms, it happens when I close the database itself.
Anyone?
