I'm with Liz. The import errors table should give you the reason for the failure. Let us know what you find.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] acImport problems
Having trouble with TransferSpreadsheet. When I run the code, or manually do a File Import, it only imports 419 of the 433 records. However, when I copy from Excel and Paste Append in Access, all 433 records copy over fine. There doesn't seem to be anything different in the 14 records that it's skipping - same type of data in each field, text field lengths are shorter than the longest lengths in other records that import.
Help please.
