Not when I run the VB code, only when I manually do a File Import. I know which records these are, and I don't see anything in them that's different than others. Let me recant my comment about these 14 records in Excel. There are others that show the Excel warning, but only these that don't import. And, again, they do come across when I do a manual Paste Append.
