[MS_AccessPros] Vertical Column report (down then across) but last page has only a single left column

 

I have an access 2010 report with 2 Vertical Columns (down then across).  There isn't enough data to fill the last page.  But instead of the last page have 2 columns of equal height, I get 1 left column that fills up 3/4 ths the page and empty space on the right.

How do I get the formatting on the last page to have 2 columns of equal height?
