Even better: If you have properly chosen Primary Keys, that is, one or
more columns from the naturally-occuring data (not Autonums), then you
can simply append from Database 1 into Database 2 and Access will
automatically eliminate those rows in Database 1 that already exist in
Database 2. You can simply link to the table in Database 1 from Database
2 and run a simple append query in Database 2. I know this works because
I've done it.
