I think I don't need to link form and subform. The subform has a recordsource restricted with three independent fields of the form, but seems that the requery of this subform was a little slow.
I'm trying to run the same code with two separate forms instead a subform but I'm getting the same slow effect.
I only use the subform to browse into records and translate data to form independent fields for modifying or deleting. All the actualizations of the table are doing with ADO methods in the principal form.
For your last question, no, I don't know what are you referring with
"normalization". I would appreciate if you could send me a reference or documentation of this theory.
