[MS_AccessPros] Automatic Completion of Field

 

Hi. I am using Access 2010 on a Windows 7 Ultimate computer. I have a
inventory table with a Categories field. I would like Access to
automatically complete another field on the table with certain text
variables, depending on which Category I have chosen. How would I do this?
I am a total novice, so the simpler the answer, the better. Thanks!
