That's the problem when you use code that depends on the User Interface. It may work on 90% of your machines, but fail inexplicably on a few others. Dig deep enough, and you'll find the failing machine has a slightly faster or slower CPU, more or less memory, or has more other programs open when it fails.
Use SQL, Requery, and reposition.

I personally did not want the button on the form in the first place. Others that have put the copy record code on forms in other databases have totally corrupted the data. But my voice fell on deaf ears because the users wanted convenience. But the underlying issue is why does it work for others and not one user?
