As long as you use the field value and not the text box for you conditional formatting you should be okay. You can format the date using the Format() function.

Format(Date()+30, "dd-mm-yy")

Date()+30 is NOT a Format. You need to use the Format
property of fields in your tables or controls on your forms
and reports to set the display to dd-mm-yy.

To be honest, the company doesn't us Access. I use

The default format for date/time

fields is Short Date, and that inherits the format from
the

system International settings. If you get your

company's Windows gurus to do a blanket change to

everyone's date format setting in Windows, you have

nothing to do. If not, then you have to go to every
table

that has a date/time field and override with a custom

dd-mm-yy setting.
