Hello Pros and Friends,
I have a couple of databases that send out automated email messages with reports going into the email body with a procedure that AD Tejpal wrote. I have modified it slightly to meet my needs. The problem is that if one report in one database is longer than a page, the remaining pages get truncated and the email message has links on the bottom for "First Previous Next Last" which should refer to other related messages but there aren't any so the links fail. I use this same procedure in a second database that routinely sends reports in the mail body that are longer than one page and it just puts an extra blank line in the email message. I'm trying to figure out what is the difference in the two database and reports but have not been successful so far. Perhaps one of you can offer suggestions as to what to look for. I can post the code that sends the messages if that would help.
