I pointed you to automation code because converting to word with built-in Access features looses alot of formatting. PDF is much better. For an easy route, right-click on a report and choose Export > PDF.
You can also OutputTo PDF for reports without writing automation code ... but it you really want to go to Word, the best way to make sure it looks nice is with automation. Here is another example that writes to Word:
