Kumar,
Map the back end using the network path such as:
\\MySharedServer\ShareName\Apps\DB\MyAppBE.accdb

> Dear All,
> After developing my database, I moved a copy of front and back end to our company network drive and relinked my tables using Link manager. I had mapped it as Y drive in my laptop. My other colleagues mapped it as different drives in their PC. Those who had not mapped the shared folder as Y drive, could not access the database. I asked them to map the share folder as Y drive. My question is when I link the tables, why the physical path of the table is stored and how I can I make it independent of the physical path?
