Hi Terry,

I am going to take a guess and Employee Id = UserId; correct?

What name have been assigned to these tables?

Table01.ManagerPositionNumber (is this a key column?)
Table02.ManagerPositionNumber (appears to be a foreign key?)

I would like to know how Table01 and Table02 are linked. Manager Position Number can't be it because there would be no point in linking the tables since the column exists on both tables. Are you suggesting that there is an inconsistency and your report may show alternative Manager Position Numbers?

Yes - a complete specification showing the table scheme will be necessary in order to build your solution.
