RE: [MS_AccessPros] DateSerial formatting

 

Hello Russ

There is no need to change your regional settings. Indeed, it is highly
possible that you will want to display dates two or more different ways in
the same application, or even in the same form or report!

Instead, use the Format property of the textbox containing the date. For
the format you describe, you will need to set this property to:

ddddd, mmmm d, yyyy

The single "d" denotes a single digit date for days less than 10.
