Stuart,
I can't document exactly what the issue was but I ran into a number of
difficulties developing an mdb with 2010 and saving as 2003. Almost daily, I
had compilation errors and other problems with the 2003 file to the point
where I recommended that my client install the A2010 runtime and I then
continued the development in 'pure' 2010.
