[MS_AccessPros] Changing BE on Button Click

 

Hello all,

How can I automate my manual task.

I have a database (FE-BE) BE tables object are all identical. I need to reset my BE every year, manual task is being done here.

- at the first/second day of the next year, when opening the database I want to warn the user (message that he/she needs to change the BE) on clicking OK on message, Changing BE button will be enabled and have the focus, clicking the button, message warning he/she is about to create new BE.
- copy last year database file, save to current year.
- copy the link tables and paste "structure only".
- relink tables.

I need to automate this task on button click only.
