Actually I discovered that I firsr needed to go to Control Panel and add the Publishing Wizard. Once I did that I could just package my app and the runtime exe together and it then installs on the user machine together.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Running Access App on a Machine that does not have Access
I have been
working with Access for several years and have never had to do this. I was told
it was possible but cannot find a simple solution. I just to be able to run my
Access application on a computer that does not have MS Access installed
on it. I am hearing about runtime, developer extensions and acde. What is the
real solution and is there a walk through to show you how to do it?
Thanks.
