RE: [MS_AccessPros] Re: Exporting partial records

Thank you for the link to the ebook, but unfortunately an error comes up
once you click on the ebook link saying "404 not found".

That is my problem - I haven't sent a weekly email yet, because I don't know
how to export just certain records. I have only sent the 1st database that
had the initial contacts and attachments in it. I haven't figured out a way
yet to send my weekly email w/ the new information for them to import into
the database.

I appreciate the valuable information that has been provided by Bill Mosca
and all the posts within the group.

Valerie

Hi Valerie,

In the meantime, while you are waiting for your book,
you can download an eBook to learn the basics of Access.
It was prepared by Crystal, a Microsoft MVP.

You will find it on Bill Mosca's website at,
http://www.thatlldoit.com/Pages/AccessBasics.aspx

Will you describe your current method for creating the
data for the weekly email step by step?

By the way, Bill Mosca is the founder of this website
which has had just over 100,000 messages posted since
it was started in 2002.

Regards, Clive.
