The simplest, non-code method might be to use a subreport for the distinct values. You can display the border around the subreport.
You could also use the generic concatenate function found at http://www.tek-tips.com/faqs.cfm?fid=4233.
You can possibly use code with Me.MoveLayout = False but that would require more work.
