Do you also have Excel 2003 installed?

I try to open it from Thunderbird and save as, it shown that have version excel
5.0/95. I still want to use docmd.sendobject...acformatxls, how to save it as
excel 97-2003 ?

Yes I am using AcformatXLS not XLSX and I am using access 2003.
