The subreports do not support page header or footer sections. The trick is to place the column headers into a report or group header and set the repeat section properties to Yes.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Column headers on subsequent pages of sub report
How do I get column headers to show up after page 1 on a sub-report, and on a sub-report inside of a sub-report?
