[MS_AccessPros] Programatically Emailing Contacts from a MS Access 2003 table

I have a database user that wants to email facility information to each individual facilities contact person, using Lotus Notes (hence, Word mail merge won't work). I don't know VBA well enough to figure out how to do this.

I have a table with 175 facilities that the user wants to email to each facility contact their unique data.

Can someone please help me figure out how to do this?

Here are the fields (all text):

Salutation (Dear Mr. Smith etc)
TypeofFacility (Type of facility: Hospital, Nursing home etc)
FacName (Name of the facility)
FacilityAddress (Facility Address)
FacilityCity (Facility City)
FacilityState (Facility State)
FacilityZip (Facility Zip)
FacilityPhoneNumber (Facility Phone Number)
ContactPerson (Facility contact person)
EmailAddress (Contact persons email address, this is who the email needs to go to).
Subject (Prepopulated text the user wants displayed in the subject of the email. This is the same text for all recipients).
BodyMsg (Prepopulated text the user wants displayed in the body of the email. This is the same text for all recipients).

I tried using a macro, but I couldn't figure out how to programmatically send the correct data to the correct Contact person.

The user wants to send this in Lotus Notes with all of the information in the body of the email with a pre-populated Subject and body text.

Thanks in advance, John F.
