Hendra-

No. But the user won't be able to click anywhere else but the dialog form (within Access).

Thank You John,...your explanation really help me...
About Open Dialog, ...is there any effect to application or to computer if we open a form in dialog mode and let it opened for long time (let say about 8 hours) ?
for information, on the form there is an event On Timer.
Regards
Hendra

Hendra-

Note that there's no parameter for the Maximize command. When you Maximize, it
applies to every normal form or report open in the workspace. The only way to
make a form appear on top in a "normal" window is to make it PopUp or Dialog.
Both will float on top of any normal forms until they're closed. A Dialog form
prevents putting the focus on any other form until you close it.

Hi All...

I opened a form called F_Display with event on open (F_Display On Open)
= DoCmd.Maximize.
How can i open other form (let say F_Employee form) using command
button on F_Display and then the F_Employee form opened with it's size
that we had adjusted in design view ?
I have tried with code :
DoCmd.OpenForm "F_Employee", acNormal, , , , acWindowNormal

but the F_Employee form opened in Maximize mode, and it's the same
condition to all of forms that i try to open.
Hope my words are not confusing, any directions would be appreciated...

Regards
Hendra
