I can take it, call me and idiot! I had the field names wrong!
 
=Nz([Forms]![frmWorkOrderDetails]![sfrmWorkorderParts]![Total Parts])+Nz([Forms]![frmWorkOrderDetails]![sfrmWorkorderLabor]![Total Labor])
