RE: [MS_AccessPros] Printing a report

What is the best way to make it very easy for a user to print a report. I
want to print to a .pdf. I could put a button on the report but then the
button prints out. Do I want the user going to the ribbon? I was just
wondering if there is a standard trick that I am missing. Is Right-Click
the best option? I see the PDF or XPS button.

Thanks,

Bill

You always keep your mdb or accdb and use it to develop in. Then you make a
new mde or accde. In fact, I have a dev copy and a production copy where i
move all changes into and then use that to make my accde/mde.

I'm heading out right now, but if you post a new thread asking about hiding
stuff I'll respond tomorrow as tme permits.
