[MS_AccessPros] Re: Importing Data

 

Bill -

I'm with John. While it may prevent misspelling of city names during data entry, another way would be to use a combo box with "Limit To List" set to No and let the user select a city or type in a new one.

You could even limit the city combo box if the user filled in the state first and you used that as a filter.

Lookup tables can sometimes be too nit-picky.
