[AccessDevelopers] Ms Access Runtime Error

 

Hello All,

I installed a program developed and packaged in Access 2007. The program has a procedure to relink tables to a backend database on first run.

When I ran the program on the client's system running Windows 7, I saw the following message on the Ribbon:

"This database has been opened read-only. You can only change data in linked tables. To make design changes, save a copy of the database."

It was designed to run using Access Runtime files but has failed to run due to the massage indicated above.

Can anyone help me with this?
