[AccessDevelopers] Maintain Font Consistancy in a form (VB or otherwise) 2 Part Question

 

Is there anyway to ensure font consistancy in a form?
I have a comments (rich text) field in a form. Users can copy and paste into this field. What I've noticed is that the fonts are all different. (Even when I generate a report.)

I created a DB and the backend is in sharepoint (SharePoint Lists)
The SharePoint List is also exported to an excel form. (Any changes that the user makes in Access are ultimately shown in Excel.

The Problem:
Although I change the fonts in Access. The data that is exported into Excel still has the same format.
