If there is a way to connect via a company WLan or VPN connection, one of the
best options other than a web database is to set up a Citrix server in Utah to
allow users to log in and run your database on the server.

Do you have a company-wide network, or are all the offices unconnected?
Somewhere along the way you'll have to have a way to connect. Either that or
(ugh!) send excel sheets back and forth.
