RE: [MS_AccessPros] Makeing multiple copies of a record to a temp table

 


I don't recall seeing an answer to this question.

I typically have a table of numbers [tblNums] with a single numeric field [Num] with values from 1 to some big number. You can add this table to a query without joining it to any other table. Add the Num field to the query grid and set the criteria to:

<=[NumberToPrint]

This should create NumberToPrint copies of each record.
