No, I just want it to apply to the Department column and any field within that column the term "pumper run a" is turn that field into a specific color. I have it doing this but not if there is any other text with that field.
So "Pumper Run A" turns color, but not "Pumper Run A Lead".

How do I create the rule?
I created a rule that states: Expresssion is [Department]= pumper run a and then
the background color. It works fine but I want it to be all inclusive. So,
anything in that column with the term "pumper run a" within the field will turn
that color.
I have Pumper Run A Lead, Foreman, etc in that column.
