Do you want the color to appear for all the columns (fields) if Department =
"Pumper Run A"?? If so, apply the same Conditional Formatting rule to every
control where you want that to happen.

How do I create the rule?
I created a rule that states: Expresssion is [Department]= pumper run a and then
the background color. It works fine but I want it to be all inclusive. So,
anything in that column with the term "pumper run a" within the field will turn
that color.
I have Pumper Run A Lead, Foreman, etc in that column.
