As a new user to Access, no doubt you are overwhelmed. The first step in creating a database is to have a firm grasp on each detail it will track and how they are related.
Designing structure is the most important thing to get right. Read the Normalization and Relationships chapters of this free book:

Dear All,
I am new user of MS Access. I would like to create data base for Accounts purpose. I would like to fix a criteria like that, if Debit and Credit is not match (For each items, system will not accept it. Only match item should be taken by system
like EXP 9111 [salary] Debit 100 EXP 3000 [salary payable] Credit 100 then only system will take this entry other wise reject.
