Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Using criteria to exclude

I have a statistical report from our server as a CSV file. I have it
linked to my database

I use this query to provide the data that I need:

SELECT Downloads.File, Downloads.Visitors
FROM Downloads
WHERE (((Downloads.File) Not Like "*robot*")) OR (((Downloads.File)
Not Like "*total*"));

This page shows to end of the query in 'View":

<http://www.rotary9790.org.au/test/test.asp>http://www.rotary9790.org.au/test/test.asp

i) Why are the 'robot' and 'total' showing? (robot is not in the image)

ii) is there any way I can loose the domain from the description?

May thanks,

Robin Chapple
