RE: [MS_AccessPros] Report printing multiple copies of the same report

Thanks Gina, I am renaming my tables, because I think it was poorly thought
out. I haven't figured out the problem yet, but renaming the tables will
probably make it easier for me to figure it out. I'll keep you posted.

David,

Sounds like the RecordSource, which is probably a query, is the source of
the problem. You need to fix your joins and get the data to display in the
query correctly.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Report printing multiple copies of the same report

Great Day, I have a form that prints invoices for services performed by a
vehicle service center. there are two subreports: one displays the services
performed - brake repair, oil change, rotate tires, etc, and the other
displays the parts used for the repair - oil filter, oil, etc. The parent
report and subreports are all linked by RepairOrderID. The data appears to
print properly; however, I am getting multiple copies of hte same report.

there are 5 test records, and

one report does print only one invoice
two reports print 8 identical invoices
one report prints 2 identical invoices, and
the last report prints 20 identical reports (2 pages each)

Any suggestions on what I need to be looking for would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks in adance,

David
