David,
Sounds like the RecordSource, which is probably a query, is the source of the problem. You need to fix your joins and get the data to display in the query correctly.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Report printing multiple copies of the same report
Great Day, I have a form that prints invoices for services performed by a vehicle service center. there are two subreports: one displays the services performed - brake repair, oil change, rotate tires, etc, and the other displays the parts used for the repair - oil filter, oil, etc. The parent report and subreports are all linked by RepairOrderID. The data appears to print properly; however, I am getting multiple copies of hte same report.
there are 5 test records, and
one report does print only one invoice
two reports print 8 identical invoices
one report prints 2 identical invoices, and
the last report prints 20 identical reports (2 pages each)
Any suggestions on what I need to be looking for would be greatly appreciated.
