I run Access 2007 in a Citrix environment and don't have any issues, other than the user experiencing slow network and thinking it is the database instead.

For the citrix gateway, our citrix guy gave me access to a doc file that I save as an html file with hyperlinks that copy the front end out to their individual h: drives. When I deploy a new database I can just edit the file, make the cmd, hyperlink it out, and voila.

I should append this to say that we are looking for any issues that may come up with troubleshooting/maintenance/general operation, that don't factor in the citrix environment itself (IE is the problem in Citrix or is it Access related). That part is obvious to us, but apparently our tech guys don't understand.
