RE: [MS_AccessPros] Exclude unwanted records from a table

"separate the table ... pull out the only needed records. ... need to be excluded" These phrases have no specific meaning. Is there a criteria? Do you want any 500 of the records. Do you have table and field names? What do you want to do with the 500 records?

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Exclude unwanted records from a table

Hello,

I have a table which contains more than 2000 unique records. The ID field is the key field. My task is to separate the table, pull out the only needed records. There are 500 records need to be excluded. What's the better way to accomplish this task?

Thanks

Phucon
