Florence,
You do not really want to do calculations in a table or store the calculations in a table. The best place to do calculations would be on a report or a form. There are several ways to calculate. days, months and years. here is one for days
=DateDiff("d",[PlannedImplementation],[ActualImplentation])
You would put this expression in a control on a form or a report.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Access 2003 - Need to deduct one cell from another...
Access 2003.
I need to have one cell "DaysLate" calculate "PlannedImplementation"
date from the "ActualImplentation" date.
Is that possible?
Thank you and sorry I'm such a newbie with these basic questions, but
sure do appreciate the help.
