Inside of it, these lines specifically create the file via the reference to the bzpdfc.dll file. You could output it using a text stream, I suppose, but doing it this way creates it in the correct directory and format.

bz.SetValue "output", strPdfFileName
bz.SetValue "showsettings", "never"
bz.SetValue "showpdf", "no"
