Hi Marwa,
You don't need to create a Template file.
You can just keep a blank copy (No Data) of
the original Db and make it ReadOnly.
Copy it to where you want to use it and turn
off the ReadOnly attribute.
Why does your client want to create new instances
of the original Db?
Is the plan to use a different Db each year?
Regards, Clive.

I need to create a template using this database configurations so that my client can use it to enter the data she wants without having to recreate the database again over and over. I installed Access Developer Extensions, as I have been told that I have to install it to be able to save my database as .accdt but when I opened Access, I did not find anything that can help in saving the database as a .accdt file. Any suggestions?
