How about for troubleshooting type issues? We want to avoid citrix at all costs because any changes/updates we make have to go through a completely different (and outsourced) department. We are trying to find the downside of citrix vs. a desktop troubleshooting/maintenance environment, so that we can use that as weight for our own argument. =)
