Re: [MS_AccessPros] Re: Converting Access Report to a Word Document (Office 2007)

Hi James,

if you decide to do automation from Access to Word, I have a sample you can download here:

http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/MS_Access_Professionals/files/Crystal/

WriteToWord_MDB_DOT_TXT__Crystal.zip

Example to create a Word document and populate it with information from Access. Contains a DOT file (Word Document Template, WriteToWord.DOT), an MDB file (Access Database, WriteToWord.mdb), and a TXT file with code and comments.

~~~
it is good to know how to do this
~~~

I also have utilities that create Word tables and do formatting from Access such as this download:

bas_crystal_Document_SQL_FormRpt_RecordSource_090703.zip

Document Form and Report RecordSources, and Query SQL. Look at first 3 procedures in modules for quick launch. Import Module into Database. File, Import from VBE -- navigate to BAS file.

Warm Regards,
Crystal
