The easiest way is to use a data link from Excel and then import or link the
data into Access. In Excel, click the Data tab (if you're using 2007 or later)
and then click From Web in Get External Data. In the New Web Query window,
navigate to the page you want, click on the yellow arrow that points to the data
you want to import, then click Import. If you got what you want, you can save
the connection and give it a name by clicking Properties in the Connection
group. That creates a .iqy file on your computer. If there are parameters
passed to the web page, you can edit the .iqy file with Notepad to insert
parameter references, then go back to Excel and define cells to pick up the
parameter values in Data / Connections / Connections / Properties / Definitions
/ Parameters.
It's also possible to automate this process from Access, but let's see if you
can get this far first.
